From residential homes to commercial properties, Creative Flooring has been in the forefront of community building in Perth. From government offices to schools, local shops and other establishments in Butler, Kinross, Yanchep, Mandurah and the rest of Perth, we work with various master builders to bring quality Australian living to everyone.
One of our recent builds in Perth included a residential home that needed wooden-style Vinyl sheets and a music room of a primary school that carpets required. Since the classroom will be for children, we made sure to use a type of carpet that’s not only decorative but also comfortable. The carpet sheets we’ve used are well-insulated, and they are also suited for high-traffic activities so that children can enjoy their stay in their classroom.
Another build that we are proud to have been part of were the commercial stores for Pepper Shoes at the Innaloo Shopping Centre as well as the Peaberrys Coffee Lounge at the Lakeside in Joondalup. With Pepper Shoes, we used wooden-style Vinyl sheets for the flooring as well as cut wooden planks for the feature wall to make the shop look spacious. A large carpet was also placed in the centre of the shop not only as a distinctive feature of the flooring but to provide comfortable flooring for people that’ll take off their shoes to try on new ones from Pepper Shoes. For Peaberrys Café Lounge, we used Vinyl flooring since the shop required a durable material that can withstand the high activity of the place. Aside from that, the synthetic quality of the material also makes the flooring moisture-resistant perfect for accidents such as spills and the likes.
At Creative Flooring, we not only supply and install flooring, but we also help build communities by sharing our connections to local families in need of further home assistance, or with commercial establishments that would like to expand with future building assistance. El first started as a sub-contractor for Greg Kane, a well-known Perth Builder, and he continued working with the same installers that were part of their team when he took over and built Creative Flooring. The friendship that they’ve built and the experiences that they’ve gained to become master builders helped shaped how the building community works especially in Perth. With members of Creative Flooring at the forefront of this community, we were able to complete and still continue with numerous building projects that are part of the local community in Perth.
