What first started out as a vision to provide comfortable and durable flooring to family members and neighbours began to grow when Creative Flooring partnered with local property builders who commissioned us to supply and install flooring in commercial and residential properties all over Perth. El from Creative Flooring took over from Greg Kane in September 2017. Greg Kane was a well-known Perth flooring contractor, around the Perth Metropolitan Area for his works in Public & Private Schools, TAFE, Kindergarten, Child Care Centres, Community Centres & Government Offices for many years. El worked with Greg for 10 years, during which they had built a great rapport with each other and with all they contracted for; many of whom have always requested the same installers for their next flooring project.
Greg’s work was welcomed and unmatched with all who he was assigned to complete works for. El has continued to work with the same installers and sub-contractors with whom Greg established binding, trustworthy working relationships. Now, with over 30 years experience in the flooring industry El and the Creative Flooring team has established a reputation as a reliable and trusted provider of quality flooring for residential and commercial projects.
Whether we complete our works through some of Perth’s reputable building companies, government sectors or private clients, we take pride in our work; and it is paramount we complete our jobs and projects to our clients’ satisfaction. We assist our clients in selecting the correct flooring for their needs and budget, whether that’s for a small or a large, commercial or domestic project. All our contractors are required to obtain Police Clearances, Working with Children Declarations and also undertake the appropriate inductions required for all government departments.

Solid Wood flooring is timeless and durable. It has a thicker surface, which makes the material perfect for long-lasting residential space as well as high-activity commercial areas. They can be sanded down and refinished to remove dents and scratches. Their rustic look adds to the home-like and comfortable feeling that people enjoy when they walk on hardwood floors.
Marmoleum is an all-natural material used in both residential and commercial spaces. Marmoleums are durable and sustainable, which makes them the perfect alternative to other conventional flooring materials. Marmoleum repels dust and dirt because of its naturally occurring components that make it anti-static, therefore it’s easy to maintain. It has anti-microbial properties which inhibit growth of microorganism and therefore assure that your family is protected against pathogens that may cause diseases. Since Marmoelum is made from natural raw materials, other residual components used in floor installation are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
